Razer's orange switches are tactile but not clicky, so you feel the actuation but they're relatively quiet you'll just hear a muted clack when the keys bottom out. But once you get used to it, you won't want to type on anything else.
If you're coming from a laptop keyboard or a typical slim office membrane keyboard, the Pro Type mechanical keyboard might take some adjustment.
